We are concerned citizens who care about our local environment, economic justice for local, family-scale farms, and the quality of life that a rural and resilient community offers.

We increasingly see that quality of life being threatened by large outside interests and corporations that let their money talk for them. We believe that quality of life cannot be bought with money. While the economic health of our region is important, it is critical to weigh all of the factors that make this region a tourist destination and the agricultural hub that it is against the risks to air, water, land, our health, and the pristine beauty of our area.

Are YOU a concerned citizen? Add your voice to ours in protection of what we hold dear by signing our petition to prevent the  latest threat to our area now!
